THE KRUSER CAPTURES 10th ANNIVERSARY BASH AT THE PAS

MARCH 26, 2005...Cory Kruseman, driving the ITI Performance, Sander Engineering /TCR / Downing Engines # 38, overcame Mike Kirby on lap 16 to win the 30 lap Valvoline USAC/CRA feature at Perris Auto Speedway. The Perris 10^th anniversary race, with a $5 admission fee, was highlighted by Cory’s seventh USAC/CRA victory and 70^th west coast win. Mike Kirby led the first half of the race in the La Villa Restaurant, State Wide Towing/Stinger/RC Performance # 4, before finishing second.

Rip Williams finished third and took over the points lead from Charles Davis Jr by four points. Team Smiley took fourth and fifth place respectively with Rickie Gaunt and Charles Davis Jr bringing the blue cars home in that order. Danny “Showtime” Sheridan lived up to his nickname when he started 20^th and finished 5^th for the best passing job of the night.

Damion Gardner had his throttle linkage break on the opening lap and finished 22^nd.
